Southside
Terrace is situated approximately 400 meters south of Wodonga's
GPO and it covers 0.9 hectares (1.88 acres) of prime commercial
land. MAJ Nominees Pty Ltd has owned Southside Terrace (formally
known as Gateway Plaza) since 1989.

the change in ownership, Southside Terrace has been continually
